Pastor Kevin Wayne Lancaster is the son of Membry and Wayne Lancaster of Roseville, Michigan.

He is a graduate of Roseville high school and he obtained a double associates degree from Macomb Community College in design and engineering.

He and his wife of 18 years, Kathy (Emerson) Lancaster are raising 3 wonderful children, Patrick, Krystal and Kiara Lancaster.

Pastor Lancaster preached his first sermon in July of 1991 at Good Hope Baptist Church under the blessed and anointed leadership of Pastor Tommy  l. Robinson.

Under the leading of the holy spirit, in 1992 Pastor Robinson was inspired to change the name of the church to Prevailing Word Christian Center.  Later in the same year, Pastor Lancaster was appointed as the church administrator.

In 1996, Pastor Lancaster was ordained and promoted to the position of the Assistant Pastor.

Pastor Lancaster has attended ministry training through the Prevailing Word Christian Center school of ministry, as well as Word of Faith International Christian Center.  He obtained his degree in Divinity from Almeda University in the Spring 2005.

Pastor Lancaster, along with his wife are active members of the Roseville City Block Club. For the last 5 years, both have served as committee members who host the annual Macomb Gardens Reunion.

Pastor Lancaster is the visionary of "Praise in the Park" an outdoor service where people from all walks of life come together on a Sunday Morning on "One Accord for the Lord". Which is part of the vision God gave to Love Life, "to partner with other churches and business organizations to bring about a Godly change in our surrounding communities".

Pastor Lancaster has made teaching, preaching and living God’s Word a personal commitment  to which he will not compromise.  “Sometimes the only bible that people will ever read, is both you and I (the body of Christ)…we need to make sure we are representing Christ correctly”.
